Applications will open on January 6, 2025, here in Ulster County. If you’re interested in owning an Ulster Habitat Home or just want to learn more about the process please sign up here. We have built 24 homes in Ulster County, and are excited to begin our next project, Hope Springs. The newest development will have ten units of owner-occupied affordable housing, with the first four being built next year.
