June is the perfect time for you to look into the benefits of affordable homeownership in Ulster County. Our mission is to improve living conditions in our community and ease financial burdens for qualifying partner families. Ulster Habitat’s housing program helps partner families buy new or renovated homes, with affordable mortgages, for which their “sweat equity” provides part of the down payment.
